RE:RE:RE:SRU passive investor response SRU unit holders own 25% of Cambridge development and about 25% of VTC developments average.
SRU does own 50% for the self storage and nursing homes.
Mitches private company owns 25-50% of everytbing while using SRU branding. Heck, SRU even lends Mitch's private business money for an undisclosed interest rate!!

I have large position in SRU. SRU has partnered with Remington Group(biggest private residential \ commerical developement) company in Canada. The figure you mention of 6,2B is based on assumig on no partner, i am sure Remingon is in for 50 perecent. Just drive around highway 7 and you will the sign.
Just wanted to clarify your statement, I am holding SRU for long-term.
