Won't go up hundred percent. Maybe just 20% and that will make Namaste profitable. I've seen it in my own life. When I bought Kabota tractor it cost me $40,000 to develop one piece of land.
But I sold it for 40% more than my neighbours. Now that tractor is for free I just spent money for maintenance and fill it up with the Diesel . And I still sell my land for 40% more than my neighbours.
