I am aware of that, however, despite it being fairly common doesn't make me feel good about it. I still think the company has a decent future, but that doesn't stop me from pointing at something that i perceive as not appropriate. 

Also, Elons brothers appointment as a board member back in 2017 was heavily criticized back then and multiple big investment group called out the nepotism and his lack of experience in the automotive industry.
