That is the more plausible scenario because nobody in their right mind would go from a model into full implementation across several plants running the risk of something going wrong. It is not always that things are delayed for bigger, you know. But, don't get me wrong, I am not a pumper and you may not like it, but actually getting to outfit one whole plant is a big deal, even if there is a delay post-installation to see how things are going before doing some other ones. It is a sensible approach.

For what its worth Peter has been brilliant with everything except contract execution.
The reason Peter did that was, he was using the best info he had the time. But either the very next day or soon after things must have changed. For example, a possibility is company A might have given Peter they were interested in 50 torches, but after some consideration came back to Peter and said what if we went with 150 torches, what would be the cost benefits? So that's how fast things can change. Jmo
