RE:RE:RE:NYTimes:Hungry for Investors, Some Companies Woo the Little Four of board members are retirees including the chairwoman although I don't believe that automatically disqualifies them as active, versatile, innovative professionals but I think as one get older usually not always it gets harder to adapt.
Also it gets harder to stay motivated the longer you have been in the same position.
The two new comers so far only have been contributed to the expenses. Paul joined the company in right time with fresh ideas, loads of motivation as this is his first position as a CEO.
He is young but also experienced. This is what we need new leaders with desire to make an impact at the same time mentally young enough to be open to new ideas this is in my opinion is what this company needs.
