The answer by Crawford in the Sidoti Conf. was a few hundred thousand dollars. Using his own no.s it could be closer to 1/2 million dollars. Also, he did not mention that private insurers usually follow CMS' lead.
23% oxygen x 40% medicare x 5% rate increase x ~ $100 mil/yr revenues => $460,000.

I think the answer is so much simpler, sp got ahead of itself and low volume unil approx 11am session after session made it all too simple to knock sp around and in many cases end the day with a sell signal. Besides VMD has been pulling back as well.
