I am not a racist, I am a realist. One of Quebec's main exports is corruption. And China plays especially dirty in Africa. The odds of this ending well are slim to none IMO.
Why when this is promoted so heavily, with such a following on CEO.ca is the share price in the toilet? I can think of multiple reasons and none of them are good for shareholders going forward.
Starting to look like no cash for the bash and insiders are getting the parachutes ready
