Most companies have on their employment contract a stipulation that any inventions by employees created during course of employment are the property of the company, seeing how CV founded the company he likely did not include such a clause.

If CV is also the applicant, then Verde Fertilizantes Ltda has no legal right to exploit and commercialise the invention.
