The 2020 financials should be out at the end of May .   But more importantly I would like to see this acquisition close. The  pervious management team  could not close any,  They would start   then just walk away from it.   They need to gain the market's confidence back for the price to move forward.   So I'm hoping with the closing of this acquisition it just be enough to start the climb. Time will tell.
