It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

A partner will punch that road in three months or less ... not a big priority for FT to spend 20 or 30 million right now  .... other priorities on the go is my opinion.
