There have been very few roll backs over the years, that I have been in that are a improvement, but they are few and far, but I can't even remember them.  The last Roll back I was in was a stock trading in the 4.5 to 6.5 cent range, they did a 9 to 0ne roll back.  The stock did trade as high as 65 cents afterwards, but was finananced at .36 cents Private Placement with warantts at 40 cents and has almost always traded in the low 40 cent range since.  This is after about 4-5 months, so the 9 to 1 puts mine at about .45 cents cost, i find it hard to see the value to me a ordinary shareholder, as they issue employee options etc.   No I do not like Rollbacks.
