exactly. A good example i recently experienced was Polaris (pif) no longer in it but i bought at 8.70 thinking fair value was around 17-18 (it was higher) the stock went from 15.5 to 12 hovered around the 12-14 mark for 6 months. Then all of a sudden, in less than a month it went to 17, then continued on to a ATH of 24+.. so yeah patience is key. Dips and stagnate prices are normal. Especially for low volume small cap stocks
