He has to release it the moment it happens or he goes to jail!

He can't withold news so things can develop and then he releases it.

I think it is possible they wanted the additional cash to fund the two acquisitions Peter has explicitly mentioned related to the Drosrite horizontal offering and the renewable natural gas acquisition which was in its final stages. This will continue to increase the value of PYR and its enhance its potential even further.
