Someone should ask him why he didn't participate in the most recent financing. He is a wealthy man. Does he no longer believe in the vision? If not, he should resign or force a company sale for 35+ cents per share.

He owes everyone many anwers for pumping the stock on TV in 2019 only to now leave almost all shareholders significantly under water.
