It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

No change ... I interpreted residue waste as being something that requires special treatment / storage and requires special environmental consideration that they won't have to deal with on a possible new site if they employ a company to deal with it..... please correct my thinking.... I am the amateur here lol.
