Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Merger vote

RE:RE:RE:Merger voteI did not see that nor hear that. This is my own opinion.  Who would vote NO at this stage? A No vote would send the price back to single digits. I am wanting to replenish some of the 30% shares I have sold last month and the price right now is beginning to get very tempting.  However, I DO NOT, in anyway, want to see this go much lower. Protecting the remaining 70% is FAR more important.
I believe the results will be released on Friday. (Please correct me if I am wrong).

It is a 2/3s majority vote.  Personally, although I was originally against it, they got my vote and I think we will see over 90% in favour.  This WILL pass.
