Buying Garbage paper at 400% premium- 7cent paper holders

I will buy it too but not pay 400% over 7 cents, 10-15 cents is reasonable in my opinion so call it DOWN !
What is up for sale is clearly the excercise of chap 7c warrants by the holders.

These 7c warrant holders after they have exercised will also pose a BIG Threat for FDM shareholders when it begins its journey UPWARDS.
