damn1212 your questions are valid but you will have to ask the nexoptic board members and Rich that question why they aren't buying at the moment. Who knows we can answer you but you won't like here. Here's an answer they already have millions. Next who is selling shares daily. Who knows maybe an original investor. I hope this answered your questions.
