Fundamental Research April 8th research-tidbits

Fundamental Research April 8th research-tidbitsDelta 9 one of FRC Top Picks.

Fair Value $1.10 - Buy Rating.

DN ended the year with nine retail stores, and opened two in 2021. Management expects to open up to nine stores (with four-six in Manitoba) this year.

Possible revenue for 2021 - 75,5 Million   2022 85,6 Million

We expect cannabis 2.0 products to be one of the driving factors of retail growth – and DN is well-positioned to take advantage of it with its in-house brand portfolio. We are maintaining our BUY rating, and revising our fair value estimate to $1.10 (previously $1.24).

My feeling FRC taking a concervative approach to expectations noting that B2B is the unknown.
