RE:So Sad@TheBridge: the conversion is based on the CDN stock price which closed at $7.50 today. it's important we get our facts straight and have an intelligient converstation about the deal as we all make our own decision on how to vote.
It obviously would be better for us shareholders if the price of IMCC rises, however, I'm willing to be a little patient to see what happens after the hit pieces subside and the dust settles. The vote won't occur for months so plenty of time to watch this play out.
The loudest voices aren't usually the most accurate ones...
