You sound like you live in my area lol. We just moved into our place about 6 months ago, which we bought around a year and half ago. Not many houses here at all, but our house has gone up 400k since we bought it. 300k in the last 6 months alone. Apparently it's costing the builder another 100k plus, as per our site supervisor, just for materials to build a house our size 3500-4000sq. ft.
