You didn't realize the first F10 was filed on March 10, the same day they filed on SEDI for the dilution? Hard to imagine it was just a coincidence?

That said, I think the SP of HUT will triple by the end of April with or without an uplisting. Just don't want to get people's expectations too high. Cheers
