Jeff, that is two more complete falsehoods for the list which is rapidly turning into a tome.  I never spun, or attempted to spin, the ceo selling shares as a positive thing.  I have far more respect for the people that read these posts than you do and so I would never even attempt such a spin job even if my morals allowed it, which they do not.  Secondly, I never made any claims in regards to any drug.  I am not a doctor or a scientist. That being said, I don't see how a drug that can alleviate alopecia is somehow precluded from being able to cure other things.  Your  "petri dish/gasoline/in vivo/in vitro" analogy doesn't seem to make any sense.    Here is what I know about Cepharanthine:

"Sairiyo received U.S. Food and Drug Adminstration ("FDA") orphan drug designation approval for Cepharanthine in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Cepharanthine is a natural product and an approved drug used for more than 70 years in Japan to treat a variety of acute and chronic diseases. In clinical research, Cepharanthine exhibits multiple pharmacological properties including anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, immuno-regulatory, anti-cancer, anti-viral and anti-parasitic properties"

As to LW, you obviously have zero clue who you are dealing with, but I don't think you would really care even if you did know the depth of his pathology because he is merely a useful idiot to you right now.  And finally, the fact that the ceo sold shares is not news.  It happened in early December.  It was and is a matter of public record, and there was probaby 100 posts on this board about it. So you might want to cancel the Pullitzer Prize for Journalism for LW.

Also, thank you for exposing the CEO selling 3 million shares at 12 cents. Sam has spun this as a positive thing for shareholders. It is amazing how the drugs Sam claims is for treating multiple serious diseases life threatening diseases, is actually marketed as hair tonic on the Japanese website. Not even phase I clinical tests done. Just petri dish work, like if you put a bad cell in a petri dish, gasoline will kill the cell. But in vivo it will kill you. So hair tonic will kill bad cells in vitro, but what to you in vivo. Amazing how flagrant pump and dumping is here in Canada. Thank you LW for your upmost integrity and honesty. You are the best of the best for honest reporting of insider selling.
