RE:Getting past Assumptions

RE:Getting past Assumptions"The fear is Tolekis drives this into the ditch because he has no business sense to take it to the next level."  I would argue fear is not a fact but rather an emotion based on perceived "facts" that are mostly stemming from a lack of information that could or could not be indicative of poor performance.  Anyways I can't argue against the many good points brought up.  This company needs to grow.  Even if Philip is confident in a licensing deal there needs to be a plan B and with or without a collaboration he has to build a stronger team to take this to the next level.   I believe Philip developed enough Business acumen through past mistakes that he can make effective decisions on who to bring on and who to remove if necessary.  Continuing to build a strong team is what's most important as CEO. He has done well learning from past mistakes on the science side with bringing in witkowski. Let's hope he can provide the same redemption on the business side.
