RE:Twiter TXp private groupI guess that exactly what is a fact may be in the eye of the reader of the post - and might be in dispute. Are you sure there was no interpretation? The Deep part of Cascadura deep has yet to be touched, it was targeted twice but both attempts failed because they had to stop drilling early because of high pressures. At Cascadura Deep they did test an intermediate zone not previously tested at Cascadura1-ST. Anyway, if your contribution to Twitter private group was not at all controversial, why not just repost it here?
This is the entirety of what the company said on March 31 about this intermediate zone (lower than the gas charged upper thrust sheets, but above initial cascadura deep tartget).
<<The Company completed testing a low resistivity zone in the intermediate thrust sheet that showed elevated gas readings during drilling. While indications of hydrocarbons were apparent while drilling through this secondary interval, wireline logs indicated low resistivity prompting the Company to test the interval to gaina further understanding of reservoir characteristics. The primary purpose of the test was to correlate
reservoir salinities with wireline log responses to define pay intervals during potential development of the Cascadura Deep-1 structure. As expected, based upon the low resistivity readings, the tested interval yielded predominantly water with minor amounts of hydrocarbon emulsion and was subsequently abandoned.>>
