RE:IMCC share crash absolutely changes the 19 to 15 centsThe deal doesn't close at today's prices. Stock prices fluctuate. Let's calm down and see what happens in the coming months. Nobody is forcing anyone to make a decision for at least two more months. Plenty of time for the pro/con parties to make intelligent cases. Ironically, only those without a brain take advice from posts like this. 

If this deal is a "scam", as you put it, MYM is effectively on the auction block for other companies to bid on. I can't believe you're the only one that will recognize this as a bad deal if it is such. If the market deems the deal a "scam", another company will step in with a higher price and we the shareholders will benefit.
