Let's be clear about 'peak value'. The stock price rose 100% in the last month, prior to that it's 'peak value' languished between .05 and .10 for approx a year. The offer is at minumum a 100% increase over the last year of trading.

I think we should be careful about cherry picking numbers that work best for our arguements and try to hold a meaningful conversation about what is happening with our investment.

I'm really hoping you see the benefits of posting constructive information, either for or against the deal going through. Posts like this only muddy the alreay murky waters.
