Shelf prospectus...Game is on!
So...anybody?... I will ask again: whish LP's do not have an ongoing shelf prospectus?? Was hexo the only one in the last(s) month(s)? Or of the only few....

?
Not sure anybody would be able to answer your question, where  would you find such a list?
It's like asking which companies could you buy cheaper than Zenabis? You're Touran Masson are you?
Like others have posted, it's common that most public companies would have filed a prospectus, especially in volatile sectors like cannabis and oil& gas where you might have to raise cash quickly.
