They need to demonstrate to their clients as a testing company they have this in place... and can help set it up for their clients... air Canada, Tim Horton, George Westin, etc. lol.. just didn't position it right. Didn't ask for the sale.
Here's how I would have written Marshal's quote at the end... but alas... a missed opportunity.

NR's are a subtle sales pitch. ALWAYS BE CLOSING... DM team is smart, AI smart... but not street smart, sales smart, or or smart... they need to amp their game. imho
