Forget InmatecInmatec came late to the show, as it was acquired in late February. Its contribution to revenues will be negligible. This morning I calculated the incremental revenue contributions from HyGear and Titus, prorating Titus' revenues as it was acquired October 30th.
Hygear's 2019 revenues were $17.87 million Cdn dollars. The press release announcing the acquisition stated revenues and ebitda were expected to grow at double digits for the next 2 years.
Assuming the low case scenario, where HyGear's revenues grow at 10%, this would result in HyGear's Q1 revenue contribution being $5.4 million Cdn.
Titus is the company that counts Dupont, Air Products and Chemicals, and the US navy amongst its customers. Its revenues were $12.3 million US dollars, and are expected to remain flat. This would result in a revenue contribution of $2.56 Cdn million in Q1.
Combined, these two should theoretically contribute an additional $7.5 million minimum to revenues in Q1 2021 over Q1 2020.
