I wouldn't be surprised if this was a $200,000 deal but all will be revealed as they make progress and close this deal.  We don't know if they own their current location or just lease it. My gut is that they lease it. There are lots of variables when aquiring an up and running business.

Letting them keep 20% means they keep some skin in the game and will want to grow their side of the business.

I am also pretty sure this business has been around for more than a year, from what I have dug up they started back in the 2017 to 2018 time frame.  I have reached out to the Happy Caps guys to confirm and will forward what information they provide.

Their current location really has no relanence to me.  Growing mushrooms does not take up a bunch of space. And one would assume that the deal with Red Light is more to get the growers experiance rather than to sell grow at home muchroom packs.  If there is something coming down the pipeline with respect to RLH getting an exemption to produce truffles in Canada, I'm sure they would have to find a new location with the proper security measures.

Thanks for that guesstimate of $200,000. That might be reasonable if the growers are worth it. I would have thought RLH's own growers would end up calling the shots though.

With an almost $100m market cap, $200,000 is a small investment if the value is there, I'd like that value to be transparent and listed is all. The 80% buy money going in to the founders is important. At $200,000, not much to worry about, but if it was 3.2 million, I'd pump the brakes. Once that money hits the books where's it going? Consultants? Sound familiar?

I'm an investor in RLH when it was .36 and held when it had that nice bump a few weeks ago. (still holding) I'm gun shy about these LOI's because I got screwed by ATT and BE that were involved with the Bridgemark crew scam. Seemslike there was a new LOI every week.

So yes, it worries me when I see LOI's to aquire that involve very little assets and the potential for insiders to claim millions in "consultant" fees at the shareholders expense after the sale.

So not bashing, just holding and asking the questions that to me, seem obvious and warrented. The only reason I even started looking at RLH again was because I was going to drop another grand into it at this price. I did a little DD and saw what I saw. I'm sorry if that upsets anyone but please do explain it if you can.

Thanks.
