Effectivement Alex,

Une entreprise ne se resume pas en son pdg...

SNC a accompli beaucoup depuis 2 ans, pour cela, ca prend une cohesion et une stabilite a la haute direction.

Le mode de remuneration des dirigeants des grandes entreprises est tres complexe, le resultat de l'equation matematique peut parfois surprendre... Et parfois etre desolant pour l'employ de SNC, j'en convient. C'est un marche competitif et ces vedettes de la haute direction sont tres recherchs.

Nous devons maintenir de la stabilit au sein de l'entreprise.
