RE:RE:THE RISK WITHIN VARIANTSI consider the news both good and bad with regard to fully vaccinated people. Bad that it is happening at all, especially with FULL vaccination, and good that it is not more people. The worry here is that the Variant continues to mutate into something that the vaccine is not potent against. Then again, Pfizer came out this morning and already said that they are planning for a booster shot that may be needed in 12 months to deal with this issue.
I think ultimately there will be a win for the world. At the same time, I think it's going to take a lot longer than people would hope for. Time will tell.
factoman wrote: Stearsearcher, this is actually good news, isn't it? When you consider that the denominator is about 120 million, I take this as wonderful news. Besides, how many of this 5,800 acquired Covid in the first week or two when the vaccine was still not fully effective, or had already acquired Covid (but still asymptomatic) when they were vaccinated, and how many died of old age who also had covid and were vaccinated? You are posting so much that you are not understanding what you post. And you are posting this same nonsense on Stocktwits (as starhunter) Delta, United and American. Do you actually believe you are affecting the price? GIve it a break. Blocked!
