RE:Insider holding

RE:Insider holdingIMO...I certainly do not know what the company is planning (mergers/acquisitions) but I've seen this type of structure before. The company with their cash stash could make an announcement that they will institute a buyback. It just shows the market the confidence that the company has and it will help shareholders and the company valuation by removing the shares. With such a small amount of float, their valuation should be much higher. The market (brokers) clearly wants no part of this great little company unless they can get their extorted payday on the cheap. Omri knows that which is why they keep knocking and he keeps saying no. Fix it yourself. Moving to a better exchange in the U.S. would help them more than anything to tap into the U.S. markets where they reward revenue growth and profitability. Stop letting yourself be extorted by the parasites.
