Carlitto we may learn that acquisition is not

Carlitto we may learn that acquisition is notthe most cost effective method of growing our client base. Considering how long it is taking to close acquisitions. In that same time period we MAY have been able to open new locations and grow the client base faster. It will depend on the cost and time it takes to get our new locations up and turning a profit as opposed to  the cost, including dilution, assimilation and lost opportunity, waiting it out to acquire existing operations. In terms of supporting sp, I think lost opportunity is the big issue because when growth through acquisition takes too long to evolve it gives the appearance that growth has stalled whereas new locations can be opened in rapid succession. One only has to look at Starbucks and too many others to mention to know there is some truth to what I say. There is also the possibility that opening locations in new territories will encourage mom and pops serving those areas to sell. If I was a mom and pop I know I'd be paying attention whenever PTQ stake their claim.
