Debt/Gold Hedge program /NSR

Debt/Gold Hedge program /NSRDebt/Gold Hedge program /NSR
Back in 2017 there was some shareholder equity
Now:
when you look at the current  Debt owed and see the company forced into
- giving up NSR
- limiting a portion of the upside with the Gold Hedges
- higher  interest rates
- Special shares arrangements.
- Somewhat  Complex arrangements with lenders

I get it
what was the companies alternative
but
I have to ask...why are these insiders and third parties buying the stock.....in my view it is a roll of the dice...do NOT risk more then you can afford to lose... I have to admit...I'm still undecided
