Relax. At the end of the day it will happen. The government gave MBX a (I'm recalling $1.5m?) grant to produce an uninterrupted secure supply of VTM for its own use. They won't walk away from a grant like that without something to show for it. They will eventually arrive at a mutually acceptable price and announce a deal. If not this month then next.....anyone's guess. It will come.
