RE:RE:RE:The funny part isWell, Ogo,...seems whole country in panic. Shortage on 2nd dose of vaccine, registered deaths rising. "...public criticism for the decision and skepticism that the vaccine stocks may have run out..." (montsame, mongolian official news agency) China about to close their borders...shut down coal checkpoints already.  

Same time with panic spreads, STGO announced "long lead procurement plan" for crusher & Q1 shut down due to winter season, Q2 cyanide out of stock.....

Now STGO faced real pandemic situation....without risk mitigation programme. I hope, at least they discussing internally their monthly budget.
