RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Board chair at ONCCompanies hold alot olf the cards in these situations, so that is a possibility. Additionally, we are not an organized block. We are counting on people to vote their shares when most people don't bother. But that is a fact that helps us too. For example in 2019, if just myself and the guy sitting next to me at the annual meeting had voted against any of the directors that day, they would have been voted off the board because so few people actually vote their shares. So, yes we have a very legitimate chance to vote off some or all of the board. It would be hard for the company to find the votes they need if just those that I am aware of vote in a similiar fashion. But there is no guarantee they will and the company would likely spend money harvesting votes fortheir side if it comes down to that. I am hopeful it will not.
