RE:stated ARC 2021 business prioritiesYou missing something, when you have bean counters running company and debt cost 2.3 percent it makes no sense to me. 

Really their priority should be to provide a meaningful dividend to share holders ASAP. That the debt at this interest rates should be a lot low priority IMHO.

Making it a priority to pay off debt when you can get money at 2.3 percent is not for people who know how to use money, and run a company. I think is stupid as a matter of fact. 

A dollar dividend would get the stock trading in the 18 dollar range, and would reward the share holders with respect to stock price and a dividend.

Paying of 2.3 percent debt is about as stupid as it gets.
