RE:RE:RE:You will get RECO shares and still be part of the journeyYa, not sure why anyone would sell.  You lose almost .11cents a share right now.  The total # of shares is what Reco is buying, not the value of those shares.  Hopefully management stays at that swap rate or does a bit better!
