Caveat Emptor.

Caveat Emptor.Where the "spin out"? Where is the focus on "core technology"? Why bring on advisors outside of the "core technology" they're supposed to be focused on? These guys are all over the map. Screwd their shareholders with a 7 cent funding when the stock trading at 30 cents. Tactics haven't changed here, at all.
