You may be right that they operate close to 24hrs a day but I have no idea what their schedules look like so 12 is a safe bet, and 300 days a year is accounting for stat holidays, days off etc... again I have no idea if they have weekends and stay holidays or work every day of the year
But you are correct to assume it's probably way more than my conservative estimate!

24 hours can easily be covered by shift work. I understand that there will be maintenance periods, but 50% production wouldn't make sense, and looks like you have already allowed 65 days downtime for maintenance and whatnot.
