I also think upon closing of CRH we will see more M&A announcements to follow - the addition of CRH's cashflow provides WELL with considerable financial firepower to obtain senior debt to finance deals, versus relying solely on equity issuances. Timing TBD but the company has guided to coming out of 2021 with $284MM in annualized Revenues, with CRH representing < 50% of that. Proforma 2021 EBITDA is $79MM.
The CRH closing also paves the way for the US listing which will also open up the stock to some big investment inflows.
Just buy and hold and you will almost certainly be rewarded here - the stock has languished but NOTHING has changed with the story, and in fact, things have only improved as the company has continued to execute.
