4th quarter

4th quarterdoes anyone know when the 4th quarter financials are due? i see the 3rd quarter results came out on july 31st. why is there such a span inbetween quarter's? i heard that the last quarter results don't have to be released until 6 months after is this right? anyone care to comment? elyk99
