Clarification

ClarificationI see that some of Alex's posts have been removed. I'm going to assume it's because they contained uncorroborated allegations of misconduct by management. You need to base your comments solely on the evidence, Alex. That's the only advice I will offer you.

All of my remarks arise from my own research, and my review of the statute law. I am not a lawyer. I don't pretend to be one. I simply enjoy reading law. I speak only for myself.

Last night, Alex kept referring to events which occurred at the CPTAQ hearings. I did not monitor those hearings because I am not fluent enough in French to follow along when different accents and unintelligible speech occurs, so I didn't even try. All I was trying to do, Alex, was to provide what I thought was a reasonable debate on some of the issues you presented. Thanks for the CPTAQ file reference to another junior mining company's application. The circumstances were very different, in my view, so we'll see how this goes. I don't waste time speculating on how a government agency might decide a file; I just read the decision.

I hope you don't get booted from the site, Alex. This is first time you had the cajones to discuss things with me.
