There it is. " Impressive turnaround from a company that only 12 months ago had limited financial resources." He fails to mention the continued backstop of $5.4 million provided by the CEO who deserves much of the credit for having the vision to keep this going. Very likely he was shooting for a buyout and is now going to be made whole for taking that risk. That MYM is being granted 14.5% insider ownership speaks volumes to how important the Laval/Sublime/Highland facilities are. June will come fast and I think this fall people will be looking back at this deal in a much better light.
