The Company operates approximately 58 facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. It also offers wood preservation services.

Changing from West Fraser Timber to:
"West Timber Fraser" along with new ticker: "WTF"

The board believes the change will help drive home to the market
the vast disconnect between share performance and underlying lumber and OSB prices, industry fundamentals and outlook.
