I think they will have no problem with financing, especially when they have suitors wanting to partner and start up manufacturing in Europe and the Americas. They can get these made for a few dollars and sell them initially for $20 to $30 and eventually get the price down to under $10. This is all in the SH video.I could see one of these partners putting up the initial dollars to get the first units manufactured .The profits from the first units could fund the next units. Also, any bank in the world would lend money if they suddenly got millions of orders. I see no reason to do a PP at a low price but I wouldn't be surprised to see a small one for family and friends if they needed to pony up some quick funds to get the ball rolling.
Regardless  IMO it is the least worrisome thing they will face.
