is this a joke or just declaration of consiracy against quebec innovation

in 2016 quebec offered 1.3 billion to bbd and got % in c series,!!!

now 2021 Airbus own the c series , quebec offer 4 billion to Airbus

almost 4 times what they offered bbd

in my opinion, that show how quebec gov is just there to help steal, quebec innovation and handed it to French companies

what a sham
